Horrible experience, waste of money! Food was terrible! Found out that our hotel room door did not lock. You could just push the door open from the outside (looks like someone kicked in the door at some point because the side panel wood was broken). Didn't find this out until after staying in the room for over 24hrs (who knows if anyone went into our room when we were not there, scary!) We asked to speak to a manager and that took about an hour. While my friend was waiting to speak with a manger, she overheard a guest tell the front desk/manager that their tv didn't work and they were given another room. We told them that our door did not lock and that we didn't feel safe, they would not give us another room. On top of that, my friend and I each had at least $60 stolen from our safe. The staff treated us like an inconvenience. Also, we tried checking out at 2:45am (our ride was scheduled to arrive at 3am). We were the only people in the lobby. The front desk guy was typing on the computer and asked us to wait 5 minutes. All in all, it was a horrible experience. We did not feel welcome or safe (many staff members gave us dirty looks and were rude).

Pools were okay.

*Boring (Had to go to the other resort for decent food and entertainment). *Staff horrible. *Money stolen from room/safe.
